Quinta da Portela
10 minutes away from Lamego Hotel & Life, "Quinta da Portela" has a beautiful view to the Douro Valley.
The visit includes a private tour to the Quinta's museum, as well as the tasting of 5 different types of wines, such as sparkling wines, DOC wines, red wines and white wines.
All the tasting is accompanied by the traditional "bôla de Lamego" and cheese with jam.
Quinta d' Origem
Located at the highest point of the village of Pinhão, Quinta D'Origem, overlooks the "Casal de Loivos" viewpoint.
The visit and tasting at Quinta D'Origem includes a guided tour to the olive oil museum, as well as tasting of 3 DOC wines, olive oil, honey and almonds, with a cheese board to accompany.
Quinta Seara d'Ordens
15 minutes from the São Leonardo de Galafura Viewpoint, the "Quinta Seara D'Ordens", has a wide variety of wines.
The visit and tasting includes: visit to the cellars of the Quinta, as well as the tasting of 2 DOC wines, 2 Port wines and olive oil.
Quinta de Santa Eufémia
With over 150 years of history, Quinta de Santa Eufémia was founded by Bernardo Rodrigues de Carvalho, produces its wines combining traditional and modern techniques.
You can taste three port wines and a table wine, accompanied by cheese, regional bread, olive oil and jam.
Quinta do Bucheiro
With more than 300 years of history, it is possible to visit the family museum, where you will get to know Dr. Joaquim Azevedo Leite, discoverer of phylloxera and known as the "Savior of the Douro".
You can enjoy a typical Douro lunch, accompanied by the excellent fruity wines of the "Quinta".
We advise you to finish your meal with a typical glass of Moscatel wine.
Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo
Referenced since the first Pombaline demarcation in 1756, Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo extends over 120 hectares of land.
Owned by the Portuguese Royal House until 1725, it became a new "quinta" by the junction of two "quintas" into one.
Here you are invited to taste DOC wines and Port wine, where the fruity aromas of the wines blend with the landscape of Douro Valley.
Quinta da Foz
Quinta da Foz, a traditional "Quinta" since 1872 was built by D. Luís Borges Beleza de Andrade between 1796 and 1810, and it has 22 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, with an average age of over 80 years.
More than 30 varieties are planted on the "Quinta", being the predominant varieties the "Touriga Nacional", "Touriga Franca" and "Tinta Roriz".
Quinta H.O
With a history dating back to 1791, Quinta H.O, built in the granite of the centuries-old of the Quinta do Pontão da Cumieira, in Santa Marta de Penaguião, has a rigorous and protective vision of the Douro ecosystem and traditions in the vineyard and winery.
You can enjoy a wine tasting accompanied by regional cheeses and tradicional sausages with panoramic views of the valleys and mountains that extend from the depths of the Corgo river to the top of the Marão mountain.
A Presunteca
A food and drink house in Lamego, with the best sausages and wines of the region. You can enjoy the sun's rays, taking advantage of the summer terrace.
