We are constantly monitoring the situation of COVID-19 and we take a series of precautions in line with National and International measures.
Below we provide an update of the measures we developed:
CARE DURING THE STAY
- We closed the services of public areas (Spa, restaurant and bar) for an indefinite period.
- Meals will be available only through the “room service” service, including breakfast. Breakfast hours will be between 7:30 am and 11:00 am and the rest of the services will be between 11:00 am and 9:00 pm.
- We guarantee internal training and information on prevention and protection against the transmission of the virus, including clear indications on how to act in case of suspicion;
- We increased the frequency of cleaning public areas (entrances, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.);
- We provide sanitizers at strategic points such as entrances and exits, and in places of greater concentration.
